Financial Planning Hourly Fees
Rubin Wealth Advisors constructs financial plans for an hourly rate. An engagement letter is signed by the client, which details the services to be provided and the fees for those services. The engagement letter ensures that both client and advisor are on the same page before any work commences.
Investment Management
Rubin Wealth Advisors is compensated by a percentage of assets under management. We utilize a tiered fee schedule, reducing the percentage paid on larger accounts. Fees are billed quarterly, in advance, and are completely disclosed. Each client receives an invoice detailing the fee due and a description of the fee calculation. As a fee-only investment advisor, we are compensated solely through client fees.
Risk Management
As an independent insurance brokerage agency and consultant, Rubin Wealth Advisors is committed to complete transparency with our clients. We employ a unique process called The ClearView System®, which enables our clients to define our insurance services role as an Agent, a Broker, or a fee-based Consultant. With any fee-based work, our Enagement Letter will clearly summarize both your expectations and our responsibilties to you.
After offers of insurability have been obtained and the client has chosen the insurance vendor, product and premium configuration, Rubin Wealth Advisors will disclose its actual dollar compensation and any expense reimbursement allowance received from the carrier or carriers selected. Rubin Wealth Advisors compensation varies, depending on the insurance carrier from which the client buys insurance and the type and the amount of insurance bought. Additional detailed disclosure is available on all securities-based products in the prospectus for the product being considered. Securities-based products also are required by law to give an accounting of each premium payment via confirmation statement or annual policy statement.
